Open House Next Tuesday, 10/13

Oasis is celebrating 10 years! Join us in our amazing new space on Tuesday, 10/13 @ 6pm.

Oasis For Girls offers rare opportunities for young women to engage, learn and have fun in a safe, supportive, and girl friendly spot! Imagine a space where girls can gather to freely express who they are, expand their world view, and discover their leadership abilities.

Free of the harassment from boys, the pressure to travel down a dark path, and the challenges of inner-city, low-income urban life, Oasis girls have a real chance to determine and take action toward becoming who they want to be. And now we have a great, new home to help make it happen!

The Open House is a FREE event and will include light snacks and refreshments, a tour of our new space, words from co-founder Ly Nguyen, and the presentation of the Oasis
Leadership Award to graphic designer, Gloria G. Galang. Oasis girls and staff will be on hand to share their experiences and to celebrate their creative, bold, and breathtaking spirits!
